Serving USA’s SkyRose Ranch is set amongst 22,000 acres of pristine Central California countryside, where wild pigs and turkeys, elk, deer, and quail roam, a working cattle and hay farm operate, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets bookend the day.

It is a peaceful, healing landscape that offers a retreat and replenishment for those in need.

Here is a letter received from a recent SkyRose Ranch Legacy Program Graduate:

KB, Mighty Oaks graduate

Dear Mighty Oaks Cadre,

Integrating the Four B’s into my daily schedule led me to Corinthians 4:15; “All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.”

As I focus on my gratitude for God’s glory and grace,

I also must express my appreciation for those who made this past week possible.

The Men’s Legacy Program at the SkyRose Ranch was a life-changing event that I will never forget. As someone new to the religion, but comes with an open mind and heart, I feel as if the lessons answered so many questions and provided the guidance I sought to support my

transition to the man I need to be.

With the wealth of knowledge and insights into God, the Bible, and Jesus, I also found brotherhood and leadership.

The mentors did an amazing job presenting the teachings in engaging classes that held our attention and kept me yearning for more. My mentor Brandon Bettis did an amazing job with the follow-on breakout sessions. He constantly kept us engaged with difficult and thought-provoking questions about the lessons we learned.

Brandon Bettis

He is a natural-born leader with the inherent ability to provide firm, knowledgeable, and lighthearted lessons, and guidance. I’m grateful that he was our mentor. While the other participants were dealing with their own issues, I felt a common struggle and goal that brought many of us closer together.

During my testimony, I shared that I lost my tribe caused of some of my health issues. I now feel that I am not alone and that Jesus, the mentors, and others who have served are next to me on this journey.

I couldn’t have chosen a more peaceful place to have spent a week at for the retreat.

The Sky Rose Ranch is a top-notch facility in the middle of such beautiful countryside. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and organized. It was obvious that every staff member cared tremendously about their role and desired to make our experience the best possible

one. I find it necessary to state the obvious here too: Kenny and his assistants cook incredible food. It was one of the highlights of the week.

Please do me a favor and let everyone who made the retreat possible know they are sincerely appreciated. Thank you so much for everything and I hope to start paying it forward soon.

God bless and please let me know if anyone ever needs anything from me.

Respectfully, KB.
